What it costs you

Every night a fake stays up, it bills you.

Diverted Buy Box revenue

A hijacker undercutting your ASIN takes the Buy Box, and every sale that comes with it, until someone notices. On your best seller, that's your launch spend converting for someone else.

Reviews you can't delete

Counterfeit buyers leave one-star “fake product” reviews on the shared listing, which is your listing. The counterfeiter disappears. The review damage stays.

Ad spend subsidising the fake

Your Sponsored Products clicks build demand, and the cheaper counterfeit harvests it. You pay for the traffic; they close the sale.

How it works

How it works on Amazon.

About ten minutes of self-serve setup. Your first checks start as soon as setup finishes, and coverage builds over the first week as each marketplace is swept.

Connect your brand

Connect your Amazon seller account in one click, then tell us your brand name, your ASINs and any sellers you've authorized. That allowlist is how we tell your listings from theirs. Amazon scanning starts once the account is connected.

~10-minute setup · one-click Amazon connection

We scan the catalog nightly

Every night we sweep the Amazon marketplaces you monitor (US, UK and India) for your brand name and its misspellings. A hijacker on one of your own ASINs is flagged at the highest urgency, along with whether they're winning the Buy Box. Add your official product photos and a flagged listing can also carry an image match, so you can compare it with yours at a glance.

We prepare it, you file it

Each confirmed fake gets a pre-filled Brand Registry Report a Violation with a PDF evidence pack that includes the captured screenshot when one exists. You submit it on Amazon's form. After removal we re-check nightly and alert you when a removed listing comes back at the same address.

The machinery

Built for the Amazon catalog, specifically.

Generic web monitoring misses how Amazon actually works: shared listings, Buy Box rotation, seller storefronts. This doesn't.

Nightly Amazon catalog scans

Every night, listing titles on the Amazon marketplaces your workspace monitors (US, UK and India) are matched against your brand name and its close variants. Upload your official product photos and flagged listings can also carry an image match, so a copied photo is easy to spot.

Seller-allowlist awareness

Register your merchant token, storefront names, and authorized sellers once. Your own listings never clutter the inbox, and any other seller on your ASINs is flagged as a hijacker, with Buy Box status attached.

Brand Registry-ready evidence packs

Every takedown ships as a pre-filled Report a Violation: ASIN, seller, infringement type, and a PDF evidence pack that includes the captured screenshot when one exists, ready for the Brand Registry portal.

A review gate that protects your standing

Amazon tracks the accuracy of the reports you file, and sloppy ones cost you. Nothing is filed until you review the evidence and sign off on the exact ASIN, and then you file through Brand Registry, completing whatever declaration Amazon's form requires. A careless bulk report never goes out under your brand's name.

Your review → your sign-off on the exact ASIN

The honest part

We never auto-file. That's deliberate.

Brands that file inaccurate infringement reports lose credibility with Amazon, and repeat offenders can lose Report a Violation access altogether. So Brand Protector makes a careless filing hard. Lower-priority detections arrive marked investigate, not takedown. Nothing reaches Amazon until you review the evidence and sign off on the exact ASIN, and you file it through Brand Registry yourself, completing the declaration on Amazon's own form. Your auto-sort rules can triage the inbox, but they never draft a takedown.

And if a listing is lawful resale rather than a counterfeit, the product says so. You get the evidence either way, and what you file is your call.

Objections, welcome

Questions, answered straight.

Will filing through Brand Protector risk my Brand Registry account?
No. The review gate is there to protect it. Amazon tracks report accuracy, so nothing is ever auto-filed. Nothing is filed until you review the evidence and sign off on the exact ASIN, and you file it through Brand Registry yourself, completing whatever declaration Amazon's form requires. You stay the rights owner of record and approve every filing.
How fast do counterfeit Amazon listings actually come down?
Amazon Brand Registry typically processes a Report a Violation in 1–3 business days. Brand Protector pre-fills the report with the full evidence pack so it's a strong submission the first time, tracks each filing's status, and re-checks the listing nightly after removal to confirm it stays gone.
What happens if a removed listing comes back?
It lands back in your inbox. After a takedown succeeds, nightly re-checks watch the removed listing, and when it comes back at the same address it returns tagged as a reappearance, with the prior case history attached. A relist under a new ASIN shows up as a new detection in the nightly catalog scan when it uses your brand name.
Do I need Amazon Brand Registry to use this?
Detection works either way. Catalog scans and hijacker alerts don't require it. For removals, the takedown templates are built for the Brand Registry portal, which requires a registered or pending trademark, because that's the path Amazon reliably acts on. Without it you still get every detection, the evidence packs, and the full case file to act on however you choose.
We sell through authorized resellers too. Will they get flagged?
Not if you list them. You declare your distribution model and add authorized sellers to your allowlist; only off-list sellers are flagged. If you sell on an open marketplace, the scoring accounts for that too: lawful resale arrives marked investigate, not takedown.
