How the trial works
Day 1
Setup is self-serve and takes about 10 minutes. You add payment at the very end, and that's when your 7-day free trial starts. We start your first scan the moment setup finishes. First results typically appear within 30 minutes.
Days 1–7
Every surface, unlimited takedown drafting, Slack alerts. Nothing held back, nothing charged.
Day 7
The heads-up lands the day before the first charge. Want out? Cancel from your billing page in two clicks, no email to support, no call, and you pay nothing.
Day 8
The first charge happens now. If you cancel later, your workspace data stays exportable for 30 days.
Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing. The cancel button lives in your billing settings (no email, no call), and your data stays exportable for 30 days after any cancellation.
Built for my own brand first
I run Wuffes, a pet-supplements brand on Amazon US. I priced the enterprise tools, couldn’t justify the contract, and built this instead. Wuffes runs on it every day. The numbers here are ours.

What’s included
There’s one plan, and the list below is all of it. Monthly and yearly buy the same product; the only difference is the invoice. Nothing here is an add-on.
One plan · $199/mo or $1,499/yr
The alternatives
You could hand it to a virtual assistant, do it yourself, send it to a law firm, or buy an enterprise suite. All of them work. Here’s what each one really costs you.
Brand Protector
| A virtual assistant | Doing it yourself | A law firm | An enterprise suite | Brand Protector | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| What it costs | A monthly wage, plus your time managing them | Your nights and weekends | Billed by the hour, per notice | An annual contract, priced on a sales call | $199/mo, cancel in-app |
| Who does the work | They search by hand; you check everything | You do. All of it. | They draft; you find the listings and gather the evidence | Their team, on their queue | Scanners find it and build the filing. You click approve. |
| How fast you start | Weeks to hire and train | Tonight, and every night after | After the engagement letter | Demo, quote, procurement | ~10-minute setup; first results typically appear within 30 minutes |
| When it flags the wrong seller | Whatever checks you taught them | However closely you looked that night | Caught at review, at the hourly rate | Depends on the vendor's process | Three gates before anything is filed. You sign off on the exact listing ID, and resellers you mark as authorized are flagged, never queued. |
The alternative columns describe the typical shape of each option, not claims about any specific provider or person.
The math
Your dashboard’s recovered-revenue number uses a deliberately low yardstick: a removed Amazon, eBay, or Walmart listing counts as ~$300/mo in estimated recovered revenue, ~$150 on other surfaces. You can tune both to your own sales data in settings. Every figure carries a “~” and the word “estimated”, because that’s what it is.
The plan is $199/mo. One successful Amazon removal a month roughly covers it. For scale: Wuffes’ first 30 days produced 47 takedown filings, 38 of them confirmed removed. Try your own numbers on the right.
Conservative default: the product counts a removed Amazon, eBay, or Walmart listing at ~$300/mo (~$150 on other surfaces). Tune it to your own sales data.
~$600/mo estimated recovered vs $199/mo: roughly pays for itself at 1 removal a month.
Estimates, not guarantees: the methodology is published in-product and every rate is tunable per surface.
Frequently asked
Not to start. There's no card at sign-up; you add one at the end of the ~10-minute setup wizard, and your 7-day free trial begins there. No charge until day 8: cancel from your billing settings before the trial ends and you pay nothing. We'll email you the day before charging.
About 10 minutes. Setup is self-serve: no sales call, no onboarding project. We start your first scan the moment setup finishes. First results typically appear within 30 minutes, and full coverage builds across your first week as each marketplace's schedule comes around (most are swept the first night).
Yes. Switch from your billing page and the change prorates automatically. Yearly is $1,499; twelve months of monthly is $2,388. That's $889 less, about 37%.
No, and there are no volume limits either. Draft as many takedowns as you need; your subscription covers whatever volume the 16 surfaces produce for your brand. No per-takedown fee, no monthly cap, no usage minimum. The one thing that never changes: nothing is filed until you've reviewed the takedown and signed off on it. If you run dozens of brands or very-high-volume sweeps, email us first and we'll talk it through.
Yes. Data export is self-serve from settings, even after you cancel, all through the 30-day soft-delete window. The audit log exports as CSV any time. After 30 days the workspace is purged for good.
