I built this because I got hit.
I run Wuffes, a pet-supplement brand doing eight figures on Amazon and Shopify. When counterfeit listings started undercutting our Buy Box, I was filing Amazon takedowns by hand and tracking the listings in a spreadsheet.

What does unlimited include?

What if it flags a real seller?
Then it doesn't get filed. Nothing is filed until you review the evidence and sign off on the exact listing. Resellers you've marked as authorized are flagged for context, never queued.
Do I need a card to try it?
Not to start. There's no card at sign-up; you add one at the end of the ~10-minute setup and your 7-day trial starts there. The first charge lands on day 8; cancel in-app before that and you pay nothing.
Do I need marketplace credentials to get started?
Only for Amazon and Walmart. Amazon starts once you connect your seller account (one click), and Walmart once you add your Walmart API keys. Everything else needs nothing from you. Your first checks start as soon as setup finishes, and coverage builds over the first week as each marketplace is swept.
Am I exposed legally if a takedown is disputed?
Nothing files itself. A notice goes out only after your review and sign-off, and it carries a complete evidence pack (listing details, why it was flagged, and the captured screenshot when one exists). Every action is recorded in an audit log kept for seven years in a separate archive. Where Brand Protector transmits the notice, it's sworn under penalty of perjury. Where you file on the platform's own form, it's a review-and-sign-off: the platform's form carries the declaration. If a filing is ever disputed, you can show exactly what you reviewed and when you approved it.
We're bigger than a one-person brand team. Is this still for us?
The self-service plan includes unlimited team members for $199/mo. For requirements beyond the self-service plan, email sales@brandprotector.io to discuss fit before signing up. Custom contracts, dedicated support, hosting arrangements and SLAs are not included in the published plan.
Can I leave and take my data with me?
Yes. Cancellation is self-serve in-app, with no call and no retention flow. You can export everything your workspace holds as a complete ZIP (JSONL per collection, schema README included), and the audit log exports as CSV at any time. Data stays exportable for 30 days after you cancel; after that the workspace is purged.
